The app keeps no copy of your conversations on the device. Delete a message and the single encrypted copy on our servers is destroyed — it disappears from every device in the conversation. There is no "delete for me."

Lock the app with a PIN. Entering a separate reset PIN signs out every account on this device and clears its local data.

The questions people ask most about encryption, accounts, and messages.
What exactly is encrypted?
Message content and attachments are end-to-end encrypted on the sending device. The decryption keys live only on your devices — never on the server — so the company can never read them.
What we don’t encrypt is the minimum needed to run the service — your login ID and nickname, device type (Android or iOS), and push token: the items needed to deliver messages and keep your account working. None of it has anything to do with your message content. The full list is in our Privacy Policy.
Access logs are not tied to any individual account; we use them only to keep the service stable — for example, to block abnormal traffic such as DDoS attacks. Even those records are kept for at most 7 days and then deleted automatically.
Can I recover my account if I forget my password?
You can recover it with the recovery code shown once at sign-up. Because of the end-to-end encrypted design, the company stores none of your password, recovery code, or keys — so if you lose both your password and recovery code, your account and conversations cannot be restored. Keep the recovery code somewhere safe.
Can I use it on multiple devices at once?
Yes — you can sign in on several devices, and messages stay end-to-end encrypted on every one. The app keeps no copy of conversations on a device and does not sync past history between devices; each device can open only the messages sent after it joined the conversation.
Do messages disappear automatically?
You set how long messages live, and once that period passes they automatically expire and are deleted.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → My Profile → Delete Account. Your account and related data are permanently deleted at once and cannot be recovered, and the company retains nothing.
