Child Safety Standards

1. Zero-Tolerance Commitment

Signito does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. All sexual exploitation, sexualization, or harm directed at minors is strictly prohibited on the service.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate enforcement.

• Posting, sharing, soliciting, or facilitating child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming of minors and sexual coercion or extortion (sextortion)
• Sexualizing minors or soliciting the creation or distribution of sexual content involving minors
• Any form of exploitation of or harm to children using the service

3. How to Report

Users can report and block a message or a user profile from within the app (Report/Block in the chat and settings menus). CSAE concerns can also be reported to support@codfy.io.

Messages on Signito are end-to-end encrypted and the Company cannot read their contents. Reports are therefore handled based on reports from participants in the conversation and any evidence the reporter provides.

4. Response and Enforcement

Reports are reviewed promptly, and confirmed violations result in a permanent account ban. The Company acts on the report and any evidence the reporter provides, cooperates with lawful requests from competent authorities and law enforcement, and makes reports required by applicable law. Message contents are end-to-end encrypted and cannot be read or retained by the Company, and we do not collect any additional personal information for this purpose.

5. Legal Compliance

The Company complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations and continually reviews and updates these standards.
